Job summary

Right at Home Solent is seeking compassionate care assistants to provide high-quality in-home care in Fareham and surrounding areas. You will visit clients on flexible shifts, receive paid mileage, and work with a local team that supports your development and schedule preferences.

No prior care experience is required as training is provided; active DBS is noted as part of the role. You will drive between clients and help maintain independence in the community.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Own vehicle required.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Alternate weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised in-home care to clients in Fareham area.
• Complete visits with ample time per client and paid mileage.
• Support clients with daily tasks and companionship.

Choose the shifts that work for you

Morning

• 7am–1pm
• 9am–3:30pm

Evening

• 5pm–10pm

Split shift

• 9am–1pm

• 5pm–10pm
