Cera Care in Milton Keynes is hiring a Care Assistant to provide compassionate in-home support. You will receive training through the Cera Academy and have the chance to develop core skills while making a meaningful difference.

Duties include personal care, medication support, meal preparation, and helping with domestic tasks, plus offering companionship. We value kindness, reliability, and a person-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and participate in training provided by the company.

• Empathy and strong communication to support clients effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including washing and dressing.
• Help with medications administration and reminders.
