Job summary

Cera Care in Cambridge is hiring a Care Assistant to support individuals with daily living tasks, personal care (washing and dressing), medication reminders, and companionship. You’ll receive training, develop core skills, and have a true chance to progress while making a meaningful difference.

We focus on kindness, patience and respect. Your role includes cooking or preparing hot meals, helping with light domestic tasks, and providing reassurance to those you support, with pathways for career

Qualifications

• Compassion, patience and understanding are essential for supporting others.

• Ability to assist with personal care including washing and dressing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and daily living tasks.
• Support with medications and medication reminders as required.
• Help with cooking or preparing hot meals and light domestic tasks.
• Provide companionship, reassurance and encourage social engagement.
