We are recruiting a Care Assistant to support a busy care home with flexible hours, alternate weekends, and the opportunity to make a real difference.

Location: The service premises, but you may be required to work at other locations with appropriate notice.

Role-specific Duties
  • Ensure residents are at the heart of care, respecting their wishes and preferences to enhance wellbeing.
  • Contribute to the efficient running of the service.
  • Support residents in maintaining relationships with their community.
  • Follow care plans and document appropriately.
  • Inform Senior Care Staff of any changes in residents' needs.
  • Promote and safeguard the welfare of residents.
