Job summary

Prime Life Ltd is recruiting dedicated Care Assistants to join our team at St Michaels Care Centre in Waddington, Lincolnshire. This full-time role offers compassionate support to residents with age-related conditions, dementia, and physical/mental health needs.

You will assist with personal care, meals, mobility, and companionship, while keeping accurate records. DBS is fully funded, and you can benefit from holiday pay, a Refer a Friend bonus, and access to the Blue Light Card.

Qualifications

• Genuine caring nature and desire to improve residents' well-being.
• Prior care experience is desirable but not essential; full training provided.
• Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary care team.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal hygiene and daily outfits.
• Support dining and ensure good nutrition and hydration.
• Encourage safe mobility with aids and equipment as needed.
• Provide friendship, companionship, and accompany residents on outings.
• Maintain accurate written records and complete documentation.
• Engage with care professionals to support residents' health and well-being.
• Welcome family members and assist with enquiries.
