Job summary

Care Concern Group Limited is seeking a Care Assistant in Leigh to provide compassionate, person-centred care to a varied resident group. The role involves assisting with daily living, personal care, mobility and nutrition while upholding dignity and wellbeing.

You will work within a supportive team, following care plans and contributing to a warm, respectful environment. Full training and ongoing development are provided to support your journey, with opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• A caring, compassionate and respectful approach.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• A reliable and positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Previous experience is beneficial but not essential.
• SVQ/NVQ Level 2 is desirable or willingness to work towards.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing.
• Follow care plans and recognise changes in condition to ensure safe, responsive care.
• Work as part of a supportive team to create a warm, positive environment.
