Job summary

Cera Care in Leatherhead is seeking a Caring and compassionate Care Assistant to support individuals with daily living activities in their own homes. You’ll focus on personal care, meals, and keeping people safe, while delivering companionship and emotional support.

Training and development are provided through the Cera Academy, helping you build core skills and progress in your career. A supportive team and resources are available to assist you in delivering the best possible care.

Qualifications

• Compassion, patience and understanding are essential.
• Willingness to learn and develop core skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including washing and dressing.
• Assist with medications as required.
• Help with cooking and preparing hot meals.
• Support with light domestic tasks and daily routines.
• Provide companionship, reassurance and emotional support to those you care for.
