Job summary

Cera Care is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to support individuals with daily living activities and promote wellbeing. Training will be provided to develop core caregiving skills and professional behaviours, with opportunities for progression within the Cera Academy.

You will focus on person-centred care, including personal hygiene, meals, and household tasks, while delivering companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care including washing and dressing.
• Managing medications under guidance.
• Cooking or preparing hot meals and helping with domestic tasks.
• Providing companionship, reassurance and joy to those you care for.
