Job summary

Casa Care, part of Natali Healthcare Solutions, is seeking a Community Care Assistant to make a real impact by delivering person-centred home care and companionship. You’ll support with meals, medications and daily tasks, helping clients stay independent and safe in their own homes.

We offer flexible hours (part-time or full-time) with weekend work, local placements, and company benefits. Training is provided; drivers license and own car are preferred where possible.

Qualifications

• No previous care experience required; full training and shadowing provided.
• Able to work flexible part-time or full-time shifts, including weekends.
• Male applicants only due to care needs of clients and lawful requirement.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred home care to clients.
• Support with meals, medication, and daily tasks.
• Offer companionship, emotional support and wellbeing.
• Assist with appointments, shopping and social outings.

About The Role

Community Care Assistant – Make a Real Impact!

Key Information

• Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
• Experience: No experience needed – full training + shadowing provided
• Hours: Flexible part-time or full-time shifts available
• Weekend Work: Weekend availability required (flexible rota)
• Mileage: .35p/mile
