Home Instead Folkestone is hiring Care Professionals to support older adults with compassionate, unhurried visits where you have time to make a real difference. You will assist with personal care, meals, light household tasks, mobility, and companionship in clients' homes.

No prior care experience is required—we provide full training, ongoing support, and opportunities to grow a rewarding career in a trusted team that values dignity, safety, and respect for every client.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK is required.
• Full driving licence is required.
• Clear English and good communication skills are essential.
• A warm, patient and caring nature is important.

Responsibilities

• Provide respectful personal care ensuring dignity and independence.
• Support mobility and safe movement around the client's home.
• Prepare meals, snacks and hot drinks.

You\'ll be supporting older adults with things like:

• Providing respectful personal care, such as helping with washing, showering, bathing, dressing and personal hygiene, while always maintaining dignity and independence
• Supporting with mobility and helping clients move around their home safely
• Preparing meals, snacks and hot drinks
• Helping with light household tasks to keep their home safe and comfortable
• Offering companionship, conversation and a friendly face
• Supporting with medication reminders and other health-related tasks where appropriate

No Experience? No Problem!

You don't need previous care experience - we'll train, support, and cheer you on from day one.
