Job summary

Manor Park Care Home in Malton, part of Sandstone Care Group, is seeking caring individuals to join its luxury, purpose-built home. We offer day and night contracts, 22–44 hours per week, with shifts from 8am-8pm or 8pm-8am.

You will assist residents with personal care, meals, mobility and daily living needs, provide companionship and support, monitor wellbeing, and work closely with colleagues to deliver outstanding care.

Qualifications

• Previous care experience is desirable but not essential.
• Compassionate, patient and genuinely motivated to help others.
• Flexible to work 12-hour shifts and alternate weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with personal care, mobility and daily living needs.
• Assist with meals, hydration and daily routines.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Encourage independence and participation in activities.
• Monitor residents' wellbeing and report any concerns.
• Maintain accurate care records.
• Work closely with colleagues to deliver outstanding care.
• For night roles, help ensure residents remain safe, comfortable and well-supported throughout the night.
