We are recruiting a minimum of 3 full-time or 6 part-time Care Assistants to provide care and support to people living in Lower Wortley (LS12), including:

  • Lower Wortley
  • New Blackpool
  • Far Royds

  • Shift Pay: allowing you to go Above & Beyond when supporting clients to achieve outcomes, maintain independence, and build community connections.

As a Care Assistant for Be Caring, your working hours will align with our shift patterns, including late shifts and alternate weekends:

  • Early Shifts: 7:00am - 3:00pm
  • Late Shift: 3:00pm - 10:00pm (finish time depends on public transport)

We will set your 2-week rota, including evenings. Benefits include:

  • Paid induction training: 1 week classroom, 2 days shadowing, online modules
