Job summary

Perfect Care Ltd in Gateshead and surrounding areas is seeking a Care Assistant for flexible shifts with guaranteed hours and paid mileage. You will support clients with daily living tasks, personal care and companionship, while maintaining their independence in familiar home settings.

We provide full training, and you’ll be joining a friendly team. Applicants must have a full UK driving licence and access to a car; sponsorship is not available.

What You’ll Do

• Supporting our clients in all aspects of their daily life, i.e. meal preparation, medication prompts and general domestic support
• Assisting clients with personal care
• Providing companionship and accompanying clients on outings
• Encouraging clients to take an active role in the planning and provision of their care
• Recording and reporting daily visit information accurately
