Job summary

Care at Cera is recruiting a Care Assistant to support individuals with personal care, meals, and daily tasks with compassion and patience. Training is provided to help you develop the skills you already have and build a rewarding career.

You will focus on companionship and wellbeing, ensuring safety while assisting with washing, dressing, medications, and light domestic duties as part of a supportive team across the UK.

Qualifications

• Compassion, patience and understanding are essential.
• Willingness to complete training provided by the employer.
• Experience caring for others is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including washing and dressing.
• Help with medications, cooking, and light domestic tasks.
