Job summary

Cera Care is hiring a Care Assistant in Brighton. The role focuses on compassionate support, personal care, and daily tasks with training provided to develop skills and progress within the company.

You will assist with personal care, meals, light domestic tasks, and offer companionship to clients in their homes. Your empathy and reliability will help improve the quality of life for those you support.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and patient with excellent communication may include listening.
• Willingness to learn and follow training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including washing and dressing.
• Manage medications as directed by care plan.
• Cook or prepare hot meals and help with domestic tasks.
• Provide companionship, reassurance and joy to those you care for.
