Salary: £13.69 - £14.50 per hour

The school is looking for a Residential Support Worker (RSW) comfortable working with pupils with ALN. This is a temporary, long-term role with potential for permanent employment for the right candidate. The successful RSW will work 1:1 with pupils, demonstrating empathy, adaptability, and quick thinking.

The salary range is £13.69 - £14.50 per hour.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A genuine desire to inspire pupils and motivate colleagues
  • Ability to assist with classroom preparation and management
  • Excellent listening skills to understand individual pupil needs
  • Resilience and ability to differentiate instruction
  • Previous experience working with children with ALN
