We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Care Assistant to join our homecare team in Bridgend.

As a Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, ensuring dietary requirements are met
  • Provide medication reminders and monitor clients' health conditions
  • Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment
  • Accompany clients to medical appointments and social activities as needed
  • Offer emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions
