ND Care & Support Ltd. is seeking compassionate drivers and walkers to support adults in their own homes and communities in Caerphilly.

You will assist with personal care, daily living tasks and community activities, while promoting wellbeing and independence. The role includes medication assistance (training provided), moving and handling support, and requires a commitment to reliable, person-centred care.

Qualifications

• Caring, reliable and committed to providing person-centred support.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 25 hours per week over 4 days and every other weekend.
• Driver roles require a full UK driving licence, access to a vehicle and business insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living support.
• Assist with medication (training provided).
• Support community access and social activities.
• Provide moving and handling support.
• Promote independence, wellbeing and confidence.
