Job description

While many care providers only pay for contact time, we pay you for every minute you work, including travel time! At Bluebird Care, you are paid for the whole shift, not just contact time. Shifts are from 7am to 2pm and/or 4pm to 10pm.

Roles and Responsibilities as a Care Assistant:

  • Providing personal care duties
  • Administering medication
  • Manual handling, using equipment where required
  • Promoting customer health and well-being, enabling them to live their lives to the full

Your Experience and Suitability for the Care Assistant Role

Previous experience isn’t necessary. We seek compassionate, caring, and patient individuals who genuinely care for our customers as if they were family. We provide comprehensive training and development to ensure you’re well-prepared for the role.

You must have:

  • Full and valid UK driving license
  • Access to a car
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Excellent English language skills
