Duties include:

• Reflect the core values of Home Instead
• Contribute to a positive living environment to enhance a client’s quality of life.
• Document daily activities and report any significant changes in a client’s needs or living conditions.
• Maintain regular communication with line manager and office staff.
• Provide companionship to ensure clients enjoy regular and meaningful social interaction.
• Assist with home help tasks such as meal preparation and light housework.
• Accompany clients to appointments, local activities, or shopping.
• Support clients with personal care such as bathing, showering, dressing, and grooming to keep them healthy and independent.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel to clients' homes
• Full DBS check required
• No formal care qualifications or experience needed; training provided.
• Experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Carer, Healthcare Assistant, or caring for a loved one is a plus.
