Home Instead Horsham is seeking caring individuals to join the team as Care Assistants across Horsham and surrounding areas. No previous care experience is required as full paid training is provided.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• No care experience needed but compassionate and reliable attitude valued.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a care role.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care with dignity and respect.

• Support clients to maintain independence in their homes.
• Carry out light household tasks for a safe environment.
• Offer companionship and reduce loneliness.
• Monitor wellbeing and report changes to the office.
