Job summary

All Care Services is seeking Care Assistants to provide person-centred care to older adults across Fareham, Portsmouth and Gosport. The role offers guaranteed hours with permanent contracts, and consistent shifts from early to late, in a locally focused team.

No prior experience required as full training is provided, including NVQ qualifications, with clear career development and support services available.

Qualifications

• Travel requirements: Drivers with a Full UK licence, own vehicle and business insurance.
• Right to Work: You must have the right to work in the UK. Sponsorship is not offered.
• Ability to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends.
