Beechgrove Care Home is seeking Care Assistants to join a dedicated team in the Lanark countryside, offering opportunities to progress to Senior Care Assistant and Team Leader roles. You will provide person-centred care, support daily living activities and help create a safe, respectful environment for residents.

We offer a competitive hourly rate, full or part-time hours, PVG, pension, uniform, generous annual leave, training and clear career progression.

Competenze

• Experience in care settings is welcome; full training provided.
• Able to support residents with daily living, mobility and personal care.
• Comfortable liaising with families and healthcare professionals.

• Deliver high quality, person-centred care to residents, supporting daily living activities.
• Assist with mobility, mealtimes and meaningful engagement.
• Support senior staff by recording accurate information and coordinating shifts.
