Care Relief Team Ltd is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to help clients live independently in their own homes across Swinton and surrounding areas. You will receive full paid training, guaranteed hours and supportive management.

The role offers flexible shifts and permanent contracts for both full-time and part-time staff. We provide person-centred support to promote dignity, wellbeing and purpose at home, with opportunities for career development and training in nationally recognised care

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence, own car and business insurance are essential.
• Availability to work alternate weekends.
• Right to work in the UK; sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Meal preparation, medication prompts and general domestic support.
• Assisting clients with personal care.
• Providing companionship and accompanying clients on outings.
• Encouraging clients to take an active role in planning and provision of their care.
• Recording and reporting daily visit information accurately.

What You’ll Do

• Supporting our clients in all aspects of their daily life, i.e. meal preparation, medication prompts and general domestic support
• Assisting clients with personal care
• Providing companionship and accompanying clients on outings
