Care Relief Team Ltd in Conisbrough is hiring a Care Assistant on a full-time, permanent basis with guaranteed 30 hours per week. We offer full paid training, a supportive management team, and a pathway to development while helping people live independently at home.

You will work in a person-centred setup, with funded training, and access to a 28-day holiday entitlement (pro-rata), plus a Refer a Friend scheme up to £300 and Blue Light Card discounts.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a car are essential.
• Right to work in the UK must be held.
• Availability to work alternate weekends.
• We provide full training and do not sponsor.
• Care certificates and training opportunities are offered to supportdevelopment.

Responsabilités

• Support clients with daily living activities, meal prep and medication prompts.
• Assist clients with personal care.
• Provide companionship and accompany clients on outings.
• Encourage client participation in care planning and decision making.
• Record and report daily visit information accurately.

Location: Opportunities available in Conisbrough and surrounding areas. All calls are based in one area.

Salary: £26,910 Pro Rata ( £13.80 per hour plus paid mileage at 40p per mile).

What You’ll Do

• Supporting our clients in all aspects of their daily life, i.e. meal preparation, medication prompts and general domestic support
• Assisting clients with personal care
• Providing companionship and accompanying clients on outings
• Encouraging clients to take an active role in the planning and provision of their care
• Recording and reporting daily visit information accurately
