About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you’ll be providing essential care to older adults in their own homes. Your tasks may include:

  • Personal Care: Helping with daily hygiene, washing, toiletting, dressing, and mobility.

  • Meal Support: Preparing meals and assisting with feeding.

  • Medication Assistance: Helping clients manage their medications.

  • Companionship: Providing conversation, company, and emotional support.

  • Pet Care: Assisting with feeding and walking pets.

  • Social Outings: Supporting clients with trips, appointments, and activities.

You’ll enjoy the ability to choose hours that best suit your schedule. Whether you need morning shifts, evening hours, or even weekend work, we can offer a range of hours to match your availability.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Compassionate individuals with a genuine desire to help others.

  • Reliability: Ability to commit to regular hours and have a strong work ethic.

  • Flexibility: Comfortable working different shifts, including evenings and weekends.

  • Ability to work independently, but also ask for support when needed.

  • A caring and respectful nature, building meaningful relationships with clients.

  • Access to a car (essential due to the rural location of our clients).

Our Area:

We cover a wide area including Pewsey, Devizes, Marlborough, Andover, Amesbury, Tidworth, and surrounding villages. Access to your own transport is essential for this role due to the rural locations of our clients.
