Job Description:

Job role: Companion/Personal Assistant

Hours: 4+ hrs/week flexible; weekdays and weekends

Rate: £12.21/hr

Place of Work: At my home (PL3) or in the community

The role includes:

• The development of a companion relationship to facilitate socialisation at home and in the community.
• Playing video games, listening to music, watching videos.
• Occasionally preparing simple meals and other support tasks as required.

Person Specification:

• Caring, understanding, and sympathetic to body dysmorphia and alexithymia.
• Previous PA/caring/companionship roles desirable.
• Having own car would be an advantage.
