Care Assistant for a young woman in Sedgefield - 4 hours per week @ £13.00 per hour - Stockton-on-Tees - TS21

Personal assistant required to support female aged 28 years who lives in Sedgefield.

Female with Huntington's disease requires support to live independently.

Hours/wage
4 hours per week @ £13 per hour - hours flexible, to be arranged.

Duties
To help with organising and a bit of cleaning in bungalow, getting to appointments, and shops.

Additional
Preferably need to drive/have their own car.

Enhanced DBS required, cost will be covered by the employer.
