Job Description

We are seeking a bank staff member to support a young lady with learning disabilities and autism. Flexibility is essential, with shifts from 8am to 3pm and 3pm to 10pm. Some weekend shifts are available to cover annual leave.

The role involves working on a one-to-one basis. There are two residents in the house, so two staff members are present at all times. A driver is required as a car (automatic) is available for use. Personal care and an enhanced DBS check are necessary.

Currently, seven staff members work on a rota basis at the house. If interested, please send a private message.

The pay rate is £15.00 per hour. You will accrue annual leave based on hours worked. Shadow shifts will be provided. For more details, please contact us.
