Job Description:

We are seeking a Personal Assistant to care for an 11-year-old girl, Matilda, in her home for 5 hours a week. Matilda has a physical disability requiring the use of a wheelchair and a communication disorder; experience with children with these needs is preferred. She is also Gastronomy fed, so training in this area would be beneficial but can be provided.

Matilda is a happy, funny, and creative girl who enjoys social interaction. The role involves personal care, toileting, food preparation, feeding, social inclusion, and ensuring safety in the household during family outings to support her siblings. Support is most needed on weekends, but flexibility is available for the right candidate.
