Job Reference: (f5e3c1be) To provide 24-hour support over 7 days a week to enable a young woman to remain living independently within her own home and local community.

The purpose of this role is to support a young woman in her home, helping her access the local community, participate in activities, volunteering, and explore leisure pursuits.

The post involves supporting various shift patterns, including sleeping nights and weekends.

Posts required:

• Female staff only need apply.
• Part-time flexible hours covering days and nights.
• Car driver is essential, insured for business use.

Successful applicant must:

• Have experience/support for people with learning disabilities.
• Be patient, positive, flexible, caring, and respectful of confidentiality.
• Have an interest in arts, music, theatre, eating out, and exploring the community.

Hours: Part-time, flexible on a rota basis.

Wage: £13.09 per hour

Additional info: An enhanced DBS check is required, paid for by Northumberland County Council.
