Reliable Personal Assistant required to support with personal care, domestic duties, accessing the local community, and walking the dog. The client has medical conditions including long COVID, fibromyalgia, epileptic attacks, breathlessness, tiredness, and back pain, requiring extra support when out and about.

Hours: An average of 23.5 hours per week, on a 4-day rolling rota (4 on, 4 off) plus 2 additional days each month.

Role outline: Support with domestic duties and accessing the community.

Personal Care: Client can manage personal care but may require support occasionally.

Home Tasks: Laundry, ironing, cleaning, tidying, and maintaining a hygienic home.

Community Access: Shopping, walking the dog, collecting children from school, possibly using a wheelchair.

Additional tasks may be requested as needed.

Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK with no criminal background; a DBS check will be required.
