Would you like to make a real difference to someone’s life by enabling them to live independently and providing support when needed? This role offers flexibility, variety, and the opportunity to help change someone’s life.

The job: You will be a Personal Assistant to a mum with epilepsy living in her own bungalow with her teenage son. Your main responsibilities include supporting her with household tasks, preparing breakfast, and being available in case she has a seizure. You will also assist with medical appointments and medication management. No personal care is required. She has a supportive family nearby and a small, friendly dog.

The right person: The ideal candidate has experience supporting individuals, especially those with seizures. A driver with a car is preferred but not essential.

The hours: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

The pay and benefits: £11.44 per hour, paid holidays, and training opportunities. Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK. DBS checks are required and will be paid for by the employer.
