Job summary

Care Relief Team Ltd in Rawmarsh is seeking flexible Care Assistants to support clients at home with meals, personal care, companionship and daily tasks. Full-time or part-time permanent contracts with flexible shifts, paid mileage and full training are offered.

You’ll receive guaranteed hours, career development through care certificates, up to 28 days holiday pro-rata, a Refer a Friend scheme up to £300 and Blue Light Card discounts.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Kind, caring and compassionate individuals.
• Full UK driving licence, your own car, and business insurance are essential.
• Availability to work alternate weekends.
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship).
• Experienced & non-experienced carers – everyone is welcome as we provide full training.

Responsibilities

• Supporting clients in daily life: meal prep, medication prompts, and domestic tasks.
• Assisting clients with personal care.
• Providing companionship and accompanying clients on outings.
• Encouraging clients to participate in planning and provision of their care.
• Recording and reporting daily visit information accurately.
