Community Integrated Care is seeking compassionate Support Workers in Greater Manchester to help adults with varying care needs. You will spend your shift with the people you support, delivering person-centred care and enabling independence.

This permanent role offers 41 hours per week with varied shifts, including day/evening hours, sleep-ins, and progression opportunities. DBS/PVG coverage and a supportive work environment are provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support 3 gentlemen aged 54 to 93, maintaining independence with the care team.
• Provide activity support, daily living tasks and companionship.
• Follow care plans and participate in ongoing training.
