Helping Hands is hiring a Care Assistant in the United Kingdom. You’ll provide companionship, support with personal care, mobility, and household tasks in clients’ homes, helping them stay independent and feel safe.

No prior care experience is required—full training, support, and confidence-building are provided. The role offers flexible shifts, mileage pay, and opportunities for progression within a caring, values-driven team.

Formación

• You’ll learn to provide personal care, companionship and support with daily tasks.
• You’ll help customers stay independent and feel safe in their homes.

Responsabilidades

• Provide warm, meaningful companionship to customers in their own homes.
• Support with personal care, including washing, bathing, dressing and toileting.
• Assist with mobility needs, helping customers stay safe and confident.
• Oversee and administer medication in line with care plans.
• Help with household tasks such as cleaning, cooking and meal preparation.
• Run essential errands, from food shopping to collecting prescriptions.
• Offer calm, considerate support that helps customers feel truly cared for.
