Job summary

Helping Hands is hiring a Care Assistant to support clients in the Northwich area. No previous care experience is required as full training is provided; flexible shifts and mileage allowance help fit the role around your life.

You will provide companionship and practical care at home, assist with personal care and mobility, and help with everyday tasks while ensuring safety and dignity for each client. A driving licence and access to your own vehicle are preferred, and Right to Work in the UK is

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, meaningful companionship to customers in their own homes.
• Support with personal care, including washing, bathing, dressing and toileting.
• Assist with mobility needs, helping customers stay safe and confident.
• Oversee and administer medication in line with care plans.
• Help with household tasks such as cleaning, cooking and meal preparation.
• Run essential errands, from food shopping to collecting prescriptions.
• Offer calm, considerate support that helps customers feel truly cared for.
