The Heights care home in Downley, High Wycombe, operated by The Orders of St John Care Trust, is hiring a Care Assistant. You will support residents with daily routines and personal care, creating a home-from-home environment and ensuring dignity and respect in every interaction.

We value compassionate individuals who can work in a team, handle varying shifts, and participate in induction training and ongoing development to build a rewarding caring career in our not-for-profit organization.

Formación

• Experience in care or willingness to train
• Induction training provided and ongoing development
• Ability to support daily routines and personal care

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with daily routines and personal care (washing, bathing, toilet use)
• Support activities and provide companionship to create a home-like environment
• Communicate effectively with residents, families and team members
