Cera Care Ltd in Luton is seeking a Care Assistant to support clients in their own homes. The role offers flexible shifts (7am–3pm, 3pm–11pm) with options for mornings, days, evenings and every other weekend. Driving licence and access to a vehicle are required, and full training will be provided.

You will assist with personal care, meals and domestic tasks, while ensuring companionship and wellbeing for clients. DBS check is required and right to work in the UK must be valid.

Qualifications

• Kind, people person and compassionate approach to support others.
• No previous experience required; full training provided.
• Must have a driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and help with daily activities (e.g., continence support, washing and dressing).
• Manage medications and assist with meals and domestic tasks as needed.
• Offer companionship, reassurance and joy to clients.
