Job summary

Cera Care Ltd in Luton is seeking a Care Assistant to support clients in their own homes. The role offers flexible shifts (7am–3pm, 3pm–11pm) with options for mornings, days, evenings and every other weekend. Driving licence and access to a vehicle are required, and full training will be provided.

You will assist with personal care, meals and domestic tasks, while ensuring companionship and wellbeing for clients. DBS check is required and right to work in the UK must be valid.

Shift patterns: 7am–3pm, 3pm–11pm, with options for morning or evening shifts and every other weekend. We're recruiting both part-time and full-time Care Assistants to support clients in Luton, Central Bedfordshire, North Hertfordshire and surrounding areas.

For this role, you'll need a driving licence and access to a vehicle. We offer a flexible approach to shifts, including mornings, days, evenings and nights, with every other weekend off to support work–life balance.
