All Care is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support older adults in the Hook area, including Basingstoke, Aldershot, Andover, Farnborough, Fleet, and Hook. You will deliver person-centred care, assist with daily activities, and help clients maintain independence in their own homes.

No experience is required as full training is provided; we offer guaranteed hours, flexible shifts, and progression opportunities within a supportive local team.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training provided.
• Driving license with access to own vehicle preferred.
• Right to Work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care to older adults in their homes.
• Assist with personal care, meals, and light household tasks.
