Cera Care is hiring Care Assistants in Manchester to support clients at home and help them live longer, healthier lives. We offer both part-time and full-time positions with flexible shifts (mornings, days, evenings, nights) and every other weekend off for work-life balance.

Drivers with a licence and access to a vehicle are preferred. Benefits include guaranteed hours subject to probation, enhanced rates, holiday pay, pension, DBS/PVG free, company mobile, and uniform.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Driving licence and access to a vehicle for work.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including continence support, washing and dressing, and helping with medications.
• Help with cooking or preparing hot meals and light domestic tasks.
• Provide companionship, reassurance, and joy to clients in their homes.
