Cera Care in Wythenshawe is recruiting Care Assistants to support clients at home. You’ll deliver compassionate support, personal care and practical help, with no prior experience required. We offer flexible shifts across mornings, days, evenings and nights, with guaranteed hours where possible and a focus on work-life balance.

Applicants must have a driving licence and access to a vehicle. DBS check and right to work in the UK are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including continence support, washing and dressing.
• Manage medications in line with care plan.
• Prepare hot meals and assist with domestic tasks as needed.
• Provide companionship, reassurance and support to improve client well‑being.
