Cera Care is hiring Care Assistants to support clients in Southwick and surrounding areas. Roles include part-time and full-time positions with no prior experience required. You will help with personal care, daily tasks, and provide companionship to improve clients’ quality of life at home.

Drivers with access to a vehicle are preferred for travel between visits. DBS check is required, and you must have the right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks including washing, dressing and continence support.
• Assist with medications where applicable and ensure safe administration.
• Prepare meals and assist with domestic tasks.
• Provide companionship, reassurance and emotional support to clients.
• Support clients to maintain independence and well-being at home.
