Job summary

Agincare Group is hiring a Care Assistant for Victory Care Home in Chatham. No experience required; full training is provided to help you grow. You’ll join a caring team delivering high-quality personal care and companionship to residents, with schedules covering 30 hours per week (8am–8pm, alternating weekends) or 24 hours per week (8am–8pm).

Bank shifts also available. We offer funded training up to QCF Level 5, a refer-a-friend scheme, and a range of benefits including £12.76 per hour,

Qualifications

• No experience required; full training provided.
• Compassionate, patient and great with people.
• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (no sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents.
• Assist with medication administration and recording.
• Support residents with daily living activities and routines.
• Build meaningful relationships and provide companionship.
• Engage residents in activities, hobbies, and social engagement.
• Promote residents' dignity, independence and well-being.
• Work as part of a caring team to deliver outstanding person-centred care.
