Job summary

Agincare is seeking Care Assistants to support residents at its Waterloo-area care home. Roles include day and night shifts with alternating weekends, offering 42-hour weeks (days) or 36–48 hours (nights), plus flexibility for bank shifts.

You'll provide daily living assistance, promote dignity and wellbeing, and deliver person-centred care as part of a supportive team. Training and progression opportunities are available.

• Care Assistant working 42 hours per week from 8am to 8pm to include alternative weekends.
• Night Care Assistant working 36 hours per week from 8pm to 8am to include alternative weekends.
• Night Care Assistant working 48 hours per week from 8pm to 8am to include alternative weekends.
• Bank Care Assistant for this role you are required to have the flexibility to work day shifts, nights shifts and alternative weekends as and when required.
