Alina Homecare is hiring a Care Assistant to support clients in their own homes in Fetcham (KT22) and surrounding areas. You will help with daily living, provide companionship, and maintain clients’ independence and dignity.

No prior experience is required as the Alina Homecare Academy provides comprehensive training and ongoing development. Roles cover flexible hours, including weekend shifts, with mileage paid and generous benefits for staff who join us.

Qualifications

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Patience, compassion & a positive attitude.
• Driving licence & access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to reduce loneliness.
• Perform personal care and assistance with daily activities.
• Assist with medications and reminders.
• Prepare meals and manage mealtimes.
• Help with housekeeping to maintain a clean home.
