Job summary

Cera is seeking Care Assistants in Brighton & Hove to support clients at home, part-time or full-time. You’ll provide compassionate care, assist with daily living tasks, and help maintain independence in a home setting.

No prior experience is required; driving licence and access to a vehicle are needed. Shifts include early and late options, with weekends on a rota. Training will be provided to ensure confidence in care delivery.

Qualifications

• No experience is required.
• Driving licence and access to a vehicle for work.
• Part-time and full-time roles available in Brighton, Hove and surrounding areas.
• Shift times: 7am–3pm and 3pm–10pm.
• Weekends essential with every other weekend off for work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including continence support, washing and dressing.
• Manage medications and help with cooking or hot meals.
• Help with domestic tasks while providing companionship and reassurance.
