Job summary

Agincare is seeking a home care assistant to support clients in their own homes. You will help with daily routines and personal care, while providing companionship.

Training is free and funded up to QCF level 5. The role is female-only, with mileage paid and a refer-a-friend scheme. You must have the right to work in the UK for at least 12 months and hold a full UK driving licence. Flexible contracts and weekend availability are offered.

The work covers helping with daily routines and personal care, along with companionship such as conversation and a cup of tea. No previous care experience is needed, as training is provided free of charge, and the post is open to women only. Candidates need at least 12 months' right to work in the UK and a full UK driving licence, as visa sponsorship is not offered.
