Job summary

Bluebird Care March is seeking a Care Assistant (Female) to support customers at home in March and surrounding villages. A driver is required and the role pays £15.80 per hour plus 35p per mile for travel.

There are four positions, with full/part time options and alternate weekends availability. DBS check and references are part of the process, and training is provided.

The Role

As a Care Assistant, you'll support customers to remain safe, independent and comfortable in their own homes.

Duties include:

You’ll be part of a small local team, building meaningful relationships with the people you support and making a genuine difference to their daily lives.

No previous care experience is required as full training is provided.
